Description

You will lead performance engineering efforts to identify and resolve application bottlenecks across cloud-based architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance workload patterns, estimation matrices, and test requirements.
• Create and customize scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter, including parametrization, correlation, and transaction validation.
• Monitor application performance using AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic, or Splunk to trace and resolve issues.
• Analyze JVM, GC processes, heap dumps, and thread dumps to diagnose performance defects.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to conduct root cause analysis, triage performance bugs, and assist DBAs with AWR reports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Expertise in LoadRunner (Web HTTP/HTML, TruClient, Web Services, Java user, Mobile protocol) and JMeter.
• Experience testing cloud-based applications on Azure and AWS.
• Proficiency with Selenium, SoapUI, Postman, Fiddler, Wireshark, JIRA, ALM, and Rally.
• Deep understanding of Microservices, MQ architectures, load balancer parameters, and JVM internals.
• Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to read and interpret AWR reports.
