Description

You will design, script, and execute performance tests for APIs and web applications to ensure system stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance tests for various APIs and web applications.
• Develop scalable performance testing frameworks using open-source tools.
• Simulate production conditions to test retail and back-office systems.
• Collaborate with development, quality engineering, and architecture teams to ensure platform performance.
• Document and distribute performance test results, test plans, and test cases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with open-source tools including K6, Gatling, or Apache JMeter.
• Strong understanding of API and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms and performance monitoring tools like Datadog, Grafana, or New Relic.
• Solid knowledge of SQL.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in defect tracking using JIRA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LoadRunner or NeoLoad.
