Description

Lead performance engineering efforts to identify and resolve system bottlenecks across infrastructure and application layers.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance test strategies, including workload modeling and non-functional requirement elicitation.
• Perform bottleneck analysis to pinpoint issues at infrastructure, application, and system levels.
• Provide actionable performance tuning recommendations to improve application stability and reliability.
• Monitor and profile system behavior using analytical and monitoring tools to track key metrics.

Required Skills

• 10–12 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter, VSTS, or SOASTA.
• Proven experience in performance profiling and system monitoring.
• Expertise using monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Tivoli, or SiteScope.
• Experience with analytical tools like Omniture or Google Analytics.
• Direct experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and transfer technical knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java or C++ programming.
• Mobile app development or mobile performance testing experience.
• Ecommerce performance testing background.
