Description

You own performance validation for key initiatives including Billing V3, Customer Service applications, and Data team projects across AWS migrations and multi-platform environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and debug performance tests using LoadRunner Enterprise, JMeter, or Neoload.
• Validate application interactions and dependencies across environments.
• Automate testing tasks through scripting and appropriate tools.
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure code quality.
• Mentor junior testers and participate in quality review processes (e.g., PEGT, CAB).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with LoadRunner Enterprise or similar load testing tools.
• 2+ years of experience mentoring junior testers or team members.
• Experience defining performance test requirements and gathering metrics.
• Proficiency in validating application interactions and dependencies.
• Experience with integrated requirements management using Jira, GitLab, and ServiceNow.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, vendors, and portfolios.

Preferred Skills

• Experience participating in Proof of Concept (POC) execution.
• Background in technical lead roles for medium complexity projects.
