Description

You will lead performance testing initiatives for billing, customer service, and data platforms, supporting AWS migrations and multi-platform application work.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance test scenarios using LoadRunner Enterprise, JMeter, or Neoload.
• Automate testing tasks and scripts to streamline validation and verification processes.
• Debug code and validate application interactions and dependencies within single environments.
• Participate in proof of concept (POC) execution and technical lead roles for medium-complexity projects.
• Mentor junior testers and collaborate across teams, vendors, and portfolios.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with LoadRunner Enterprise or similar load testing tools (JMeter, Neoload).
• 2+ years of experience mentoring junior testers or related roles.
• Proficiency in gathering and defining performance test requirements.
• Experience with quality review functions (e.g., PEGT, CAB).
• Familiarity with integrated requirements management practices.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Jira, GitLab, and ServiceNow.
