Key Responsibilities:
⚡ Performance Testing & Strategy
✔ Design and lead load, stress, and soak testing strategies
✔ Align testing with business goals and system requirements
✔ Build and execute complex JMeter scripts
📊 Monitoring & Diagnostics
✔ Use Dynatrace for real-time monitoring and performance insights
✔ Track response time, throughput, and resource utilization
✔ Perform deep root cause analysis
☁️ Cloud & DevOps Integration
✔ Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
✔ Manage test assets using Bitbucket
✔ Work in Kubernetes environments (autoscaling & tuning)
📈 Capacity Planning & Optimization
✔ Conduct infrastructure and capacity analysis
✔ Recommend scaling strategies for high performance
✔ Optimize application and database performance
🤝 Collaboration & Agile Execution
✔ Partner with Dev, DevOps, and Ops teams
✔ Participate in PI Planning & performance requirement gathering
✔ Drive best practices in performance engineering
📑 Reporting & Documentation
✔ Create performance dashboards and detailed reports
✔ Document strategies, findings, and tuning recommendations
🛠 Required Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field
✔ 7+ years in performance testing & monitoring
✔ 5+ years in application development
✔ Strong hands-on experience with JMeter & Dynatrace
✔ Expertise in Kubernetes (autoscaling, tuning)
✔ Experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines
✔ Advanced knowledge of SQL, Linux, and system performance analysis
✔ Strong experience in root cause analysis & troubleshooting
