Description

You will design and lead performance testing strategies, ensuring system stability under load through deep analysis and optimization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute load, stress, and soak testing strategies using JMeter.
• Monitor system performance and conduct root cause analysis using Dynatrace.
• Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins and manage assets in Bitbucket.
• Analyze capacity and recommend scaling strategies for Kubernetes environments.
• Collaborate with Dev, DevOps, and Ops teams during PI Planning and Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in performance testing and monitoring.
• 5+ years of application development experience.
• Expertise in JMeter scripting and Dynatrace diagnostics.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes autoscaling and tuning.
• Proficiency in Jenkins, Bitbucket, and CI/CD automation.
• Advanced SQL query optimization and Linux system performance analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with capacity planning and infrastructure analysis.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
