Description

You will own performance testing efforts to validate system stability, capacity, and scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute load, stress, and scalability tests using JMeter.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify and report system bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize system efficiency.
• Integrate performance testing workflows into CI/CD pipelines.
• Validate system stability under expected and peak loads.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing.
• Expertise with Apache JMeter for test design and execution.
• Proficiency with BlazeMeter for cloud-based performance testing.
• Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong ability to analyze performance data and identify root causes.
• Experience collaborating with development teams on optimization.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent.
