Description

You will design and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests to ensure application stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or NeoLoad.
• Analyze performance metrics and system bottlenecks using APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
• Monitor and tune application performance across web, cloud, and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with DevOps, development, and architecture teams to drive system optimization.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing or engineering roles.
• Proficiency with Apache JMeter, HP LoadRunner, Gatling, or NeoLoad.
• Strong scripting skills in Groovy, Java, Shell, or Python.
• Deep understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, and browser-server interactions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and log analysis using Splunk or ELK Stack.
• Solid grasp of SQL and database performance tuning.
• Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD workflows.
