Performance Test Engineer

You will manage the planning, execution, and technical oversight of wind turbine power performance tests.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute power performance tests following IEC Standards.
• Install wind and power measurement equipment at client sites and manage installation sub-contractors.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and pricing for technical services and performance tests.
• Evaluate new measurement and analysis methods to drive continuous improvement.
• Drive business development and maintain client relationships through technical consultation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in wind performance testing or related engineering roles.
• Deep technical understanding of IEC 61400-12 accredited performance analysis for wind turbine generators.
• Proficiency in wind and power data analysis and statistics, including uncertainty evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with wind turbine testing and measurement equipment.
• Ability to perform international field work and manage on-site installations.
• Strong technical writing skills for preparing proposals and technical reports.
• Professional fluency in English (CEFR B2/C1).

Preferred Skills

• GWO certification.
