Description

You will own the performance testing strategy, execution, and analysis to ensure system stability and SLA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design test strategies aligned with system architecture and service level agreements.
• Execute non-functional test planning, scripting, and execution across environments.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Conduct load, stress, and performance testing to validate system behavior.
• Analyze test results to provide actionable insights for system optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing roles.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.
• Expertise in load, stress, and performance testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in non-functional test planning and scripting.
• Working knowledge of APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Grafana.
• Ability to perform deep-dive root cause analysis on performance issues.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
