Description

You will drive performance engineering initiatives using specialized tooling and expertise to ensure application stability under load.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute load, performance, and stress testing using Micro Focus LoadRunner (Professional/Cloud/Enterprise) and open-source tools.
• Develop and deliver detailed performance test plans and final test summary reports to stakeholders.
• Advise teams on performance testing processes, providing expert guidance and actionable suggestions.
• Communicate the value and methodology of performance testing clearly to project teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience as a Technical Performance Tester.
• Expert proficiency with Micro Focus LoadRunner suite.
• Proven ability to conduct load, performance, and stress testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in a testing context.
• Experience testing applications running on Cloud Infrastructure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with application and database performance tuning.
• Knowledge of performance testing within CI/CD environments.
