Description

You will own the end-to-end performance testing lifecycle to ensure system reliability, capacity, and scalability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute complex UI and API performance test scripts for enterprise applications.
• Identify performance bottlenecks across application stacks using profiling tools and root cause analysis.
• Conduct experiments to evaluate the impact of system changes and publish detailed results.
• Participate in architecture and design reviews to provide quality perspectives on complex solutions.
• Analyze CPU, memory, network usage, garbage collection, and database parameters to verify application performance.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in performance engineering and testing.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE performance tuning and microservices development.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter 4.0, BlazeMeter, Postman, and LoadRunner.
• Strong expertise in SQL query tuning and database performance optimization.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, AppDynamics, or Datadog.
• Ability to perform heap analysis and garbage collection tuning.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture.
• Experience using code profilers and analyzing profiling snapshots.
