Own end-to-end performance testing and engineering solutions for applications and projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance tests using LoadRunner, JMeter, and SoaSta.
• Create workload models, performance test strategies, and detailed test plans.
• Troubleshoot layer-wise performance issues in collaboration with architecture and development teams.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive identified issues to resolution.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Proficiency with JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Experience with SoaSta tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and XML.
• Ability to design workload models and performance strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Python, C++, PowerShell, Golang, ATERNITY product, or Rust.
