Performance Test Engineer

You will provide end-to-end performance testing and engineering solutions for various applications and projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and execute performance tests using LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Create workload models, performance test strategies, and test plans.
• Identify and troubleshoot layer-wise performance issues alongside architecture and development teams.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive identified issues to resolution.
• Design test scenarios and cases using JMeter, LoadRunner, and SoaSta tools.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Proficiency with JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Experience with SoaSta tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and XML.
• Ability to design workload models and performance strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Python, C++, PowerShell, Golang, ATERNITY product, or Rust/familiarity.
