Description

You will own the performance testing strategy and technical execution for embedded medical devices and web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute non-functional test scenarios covering load, scalability, reliability, and endurance.
• Develop automated performance scripts and maintain testing frameworks and tools.
• Track and report critical metrics including response times, error rates, throughput, CPU/memory usage, and latency.
• Collaborate with architects to optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Lead technical development for the performance testing group and review code/test pull requests.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SDET roles, with at least 5 years focused on performance testing.
• Proficiency in .NET C#, C++, and Python.
• Strong grasp of OOP, design patterns, and data structures.
• Experience testing APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Deep understanding of HTTP protocols, web technologies, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter and performance monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Ability to use data analytics to interpret test results and diagnose complex issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating performance testing with third-party partners.
• Background in regulatory and quality standard compliance.
