Description

You will design, execute, and analyze performance test plans to validate system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance test scripts using NeoLoad and JMeter to simulate user load and measure application behavior.
• Analyze system architecture to identify bottlenecks, performance risks, and root causes of issues.
• Monitor system resources including CPU, memory, network, and disk I/O during test execution.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and operations teams to define performance requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Document detailed test results and provide technical recommendations for application improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Expertise in NeoLoad and Batch volume testing.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling for script creation and scenario design.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, and shell scripting.
• Experience with memory and process dump creation and analysis.
• Ability to use and analyze performance counters on Windows and Unix/Linux systems.
• Strong understanding of load, stress, endurance, and capacity testing principles.
• Experience with cloud performance monitoring tools and system metric tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud environments.
• NeoLoad or Azure certifications.
• Experience designing test scenarios that simulate production-scale batch loads.
