Description

Own the end-to-end performance testing lifecycle for large-scale enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute load, stress, and endurance tests to validate system behavior.
• Monitor application logs and analyze CPU, memory, network usage, garbage collection, and database parameters.
• Collaborate with application teams to design non-functional test scenarios and participate in design reviews.
• Generate performance graphs, session reports, and documentation to validate against KPIs.
• Analyze report discrepancies and script failures to determine root causes and propose improvements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in performance testing of large-scale enterprise systems.
• Expertise in developing test scripts and executing scenarios using LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, BlazeMeter, SOASTA, or Akamai.
• Hands-on experience with application monitoring tools such as HP Diagnostic, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
• Strong understanding of throughput, latency, memory, and CPU utilization.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL queries.
• Programming knowledge in C, C++, Java, or Unix.
• Ability to evaluate open source performance tools and recommend suitable options.
• Ability to interpret hardware and software architectures.
