Description

You will design and lead performance testing strategies to validate system behavior under load, stress, and peak conditions.

Responsibilities

• Create, configure, and execute complex JMeter test scripts to simulate real-world workload patterns.
• Utilize Dynatrace for continuous monitoring, tracking response times, throughput, and resource utilization.
• Integrate performance testing and monitoring tools into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines to identify issues early.
• Perform capacity planning and optimize resource utilization, autoscaling, and resilience within Kubernetes environments.
• Conduct root cause analysis for complex performance bottlenecks and recommend architectural tuning.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in applications and systems performance testing, monitoring, and evaluation.
• 5+ years of experience in application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with JMeter for complex script creation.
• Proficiency with Dynatrace or similar APM tools for real-time diagnostics.
• Experience managing and tuning applications within Kubernetes clusters.
• Working knowledge of Jenkins and Bitbucket for CI/CD integration and version control.
• Advanced knowledge of DB, SQL, and Linux.
• Experience with C#.
• Proven ability to work within Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PI planning and aligning performance goals with business requirements.
