Own the performance testing strategy, execution, and optimization for cloud-native applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead load, stress, and soak testing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build and execute complex JMeter scripts to validate system performance under varying conditions.
• Use Dynatrace for real-time monitoring, root cause analysis, and performance diagnostics.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and manage assets in Bitbucket.
• Analyze capacity and recommend scaling strategies within Kubernetes environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in performance testing and monitoring.
• 5+ years of application development experience.
• Expertise in JMeter for scripting and execution.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace for monitoring and diagnostics.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, including autoscaling and tuning.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins and Bitbucket.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL query optimization and Linux system performance analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile frameworks and PI Planning.
• Strong collaboration skills with Dev, DevOps, and Ops teams.
