Description

You will own the end-to-end performance testing lifecycle to ensure system capacity, reliability, and scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance test scripts for UI and API across enterprise applications.
• Identify performance bottlenecks using profiling tools and conduct root cause analysis.
• Analyze CPU, memory, network usage, garbage collection, and database parameters to verify performance.
• Participate in architecture and design reviews to provide quality perspectives on complex solutions.
• Conduct experiments to evaluate the performance impact of system changes and publish results.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in performance engineering.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE performance tuning and heap analysis.
• Strong knowledge of DB performance tuning and SQL query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter 4.0, BlazeMeter, Postman, and LoadRunner.
• Experience with microservice development and service-oriented architecture.
• Ability to create complex test scenarios for RESTful APIs.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, AppDynamics, or Datadog.
• Ability to use code profilers and analyze profiling snapshots.
• Experience managing the full performance testing life cycle independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience defining and applying performance and scalability benchmarks.
