Description

You will own performance testing for distributed SaaS and web-based solutions within AWS Cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance test cases for REST APIs and UI components.
• Analyze test results and troubleshoot SaaS environments, including microservices communication and MSK Kafka-based architectures.
• Identify server-side scalability use cases, including cache management with Redis.
• Verify database integrity by executing SQL queries.
• Collaborate with development teams within an agile process to deliver against client deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of commercial or enterprise application performance testing experience.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter for scripting, execution, and results analysis.
• Proficiency in Java and at least one scripting language.
• Experience with UI performance testing and tools like HP LoadRunner.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and HTTP protocols.
• Direct experience with AWS Cloud and distributed web-based architectures.
• Proficiency in SQL for database verification.
• Hands-on experience working in Linux environments.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure or GCP cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, BitBucket).
• Knowledge of Java unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, or WireMock.
