Description

You will own the performance testing strategy, ensuring system stability, capacity, and defect-free releases through automated validation and rigorous analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance test plans to validate system capacity and stability.
• Develop and maintain automated performance test scripts using industry-standard tools.
• Analyze test results, generate metric reports, and provide actionable recommendations for code defects.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and manage defect tracking via structured processes.
• Benchmark system performance and participate in architecture change reviews to assess capacity impacts.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience with Tricentis NeoLoad, including scripting and integration.
• Proven experience migrating test scripts from LoadRunner to NeoLoad.
• Ability to integrate NeoLoad with Selenium for end-to-end performance validation.
• Hands-on experience with OpenText Performance Center, LoadRunner, and Datadog.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL with experience in at least two RDBMS (e.g., DB2, Oracle, MongoDB).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience using Jira for defect tracking and Microsoft Office for reporting.
• Deep understanding of system monitoring, server, network, virtualization, and database concepts.
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Science, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in the healthcare industry.
