Description

You will assess and optimize the performance of enterprise applications built on the Salesforce platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, and stress tests for Salesforce-based applications.
• Analyze system performance under load to identify root causes of bottlenecks or slowdowns.
• Test custom Apex code, Visualforce, LWC, and integrations alongside Salesforce developers and architects.
• Validate Salesforce governor limits, SOQL query performance, and bulk data handling.
• Prepare performance test plans, test data, and detailed performance reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience testing applications built on the Salesforce.com platform.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools including JMeter, LoadRunner, or BlazeMeter.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, Apex, and SOQL.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API testing and response time validation.
• Proficiency with Git, Jenkins, Python, and Shell scripting.
• Ability to test integrations and third-party service performance.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to interpret APM logs such as New Relic or Dynatrace.
