Description

You own performance testing for QA and production environments, validating non-functional requirements alongside delivery teams and architects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute spike, stress, endurance, and failover testing to assess solution performance.
• Define performance testing strategies and recommend infrastructure or development changes.
• Support agile and waterfall delivery models with rigorous testing activities.
• Gather metrics, build dashboards, and report analysis results.
• Automate performance tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of dedicated experience in performance testing engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java or Python for test automation.
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in API REST/SOAP testing using SoapUI or Postman.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools like Jenkins.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker in performance testing contexts.
