Description

Lead test automation strategy, framework architecture, and CI/CD integration for SAP HANA environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the test automation roadmap, framework, and infrastructure.
• Architect automation frameworks from scratch, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to establish continuous build and test cycles.
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to SDET and QA Automation Engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation strategy with engineering goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing or development.
• 5+ years of experience architecting test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Advanced programming skills in Python and the Pandas framework.
• Strong knowledge of OOP and Test Automation Design Patterns (PageObject, PageFactory, ScreenPlay).
• Experience designing UI automation using Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, and Serenity.
• Experience testing REST API and WebServices using Rest Assured and Karate.
• Proficiency with Git for code and branch management.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and Selenium Grid infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Database Management Systems, specifically Oracle and SAP HANA.

Preferred Skills

• Performance Test Automation using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Algorithms, O-Notation, and SAP technologies or SCI domain knowledge.
