Lead performance testing for cloud-native applications, ensuring stability and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Execute performance tests on cloud-native applications to validate stability and scalability.
• Monitor and profile application behavior using observability tools to identify issues.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks and deliver data-driven solutions to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate testing seamlessly into the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
• Experience using JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner.
• Expertise with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
