Description

You will own the performance testing strategy for cloud-native applications, ensuring system reliability under load.

Responsibilities

• Execute performance tests on cloud-native applications to identify and document bottlenecks.
• Utilize monitoring and profiling tools to analyze system behavior and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to diagnose root causes and resolve performance issues.
• Analyze test results to provide actionable technical insights for optimization.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency with load testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
