Description

Lead performance testing for cloud-native applications, ensuring scalability and reliability. You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle, from execution to bottleneck resolution.

Responsibilities

• Execute performance tests for cloud-native applications using industry-standard tools.
• Analyze system behavior and identify bottlenecks using monitoring and profiling data.
• Provide technical solutions to resolve performance issues and improve scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate testing into development lifecycles.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
• Experience using JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner.
• Expertise with monitoring tools including Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience integrating performance testing into automated deployment workflows.
