Description

You will own performance testing, workload modeling, and requirement gathering to ensure system stability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) through direct client interfacing.
• Develop and manage Workload Models (WLM).
• Execute performance tests and manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients to define and document technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Extensive hands-on experience with NeoLoad.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
• Strong proficiency in performance testing scripting.
• Proven ability in client interfacing and requirement gathering.
