Key Responsibilities

6-8 years of performance engineering experience
Advanced JMeter proficiency and hybrid Java automation test suite expertise
Strong Java coding skills with robust software engineering practices

Translate nonfunctional requirements from stakeholders dev business product teams
Design and build automated performance testing pipelines integrated with CICD for applications with Message Queue MQ systems SFTP and API applications
Mainframe application performance testing exposure is good to have
Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks in the applications
Working knowledge of DB2 SQL and query optimization techniques
Practical experience with CICD tools GitHub Actions Jenkins and AIassisted development tools GitHub Copilot
AI mindset Proactive adoption of AI tools and technologies to streamline testing processes accelerate script development and drive continuous improvement in QA workflows

Required Qualifications

1 Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent practical experience
2 6 years of experience in QATest Engineering with strong focus on performance testing
3 Handson experience with tools such as JMeter LoadRunner Gatling k6 or similar
4 Strong understanding of HTTPHTTPS REST APIs microservices caching queues and database concepts
5 Proficiency in scriptingprogramming Java JavaScript Python or Groovy for test automation
6 Experience with APMmonitoring tools Dynatrace AppDynamics New Relic Grafana Prometheus Splunk etc
7 Solid knowledge of performance metrics latency throughput concurrency CPUmemory GC IO and network behavior
8 Experience in cloud environments AWSAzureGCP and containerized platforms DockerKubernetes
9 Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills
