Description

• Perform end‑to‑end performance testing activities including requirement analysis, test planning, scripting, execution, monitoring, and reporting
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using Tricentis NeoLoad and OctoPerf
• Review business requirements, NFRs, and SLAs to define realistic performance acceptance criteria
• Execute Load, Stress, Endurance, and Spike tests based on NFRs
• Design scenarios based on application navigational flow and business transactions
• Analyze test results and identify bottlenecks using APM/monitoring tools
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues
• Prepare performance test reports, findings, and recommendations for stakeholders
• Support retesting and benchmark comparisons after performance fixes

 

Required Skills
 

• Strong hands‑on experience with Tricentis qTest Admin Support
• Strong hands‑on experience with Tricentis NeoLoad and OctoPerf
• Solid understanding of STLC, QA processes, and performance testing concepts
• Experience defining NFRs, SLAs, KPIs, and percentile‑based metrics
• Experience with Web and API performance testing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

 

Good to Have
 

• Experience with APM tools: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, AWR
• Tricentis Tosca
• CI/CD integration experience
• Cloud exposure: AWS, Azure
