Description

You will establish performance baselines across client-facing applications and analyze system behavior to identify bottlenecks.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and establish performance benchmarks for key applications.
• Develop and execute performance test scripts using industry-standard tools.
• Analyze test results to identify root causes of performance issues and system limitations.
• Recommend and implement appropriate performance testing tools.
• Provide detailed reporting on load metrics and performance trends.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in performance testing and analysis.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and application behavior.
• Proficiency with JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Ability to identify root causes of performance issues through deep analysis.
• Experience with Performance Testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
