Description

You own the end-to-end performance testing lifecycle, from requirement analysis and test planning to script execution, monitoring, and reporting.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using Tricentis NeoLoad and OctoPerf.
• Define realistic performance acceptance criteria by reviewing business requirements, NFRs, and SLAs.
• Execute Load, Stress, Endurance, and Spike tests based on application navigational flow and business transactions.
• Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks using APM/monitoring tools and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare performance test reports, findings, and recommendations for stakeholders and support retesting after fixes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing concepts, STLC, and QA processes.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis NeoLoad and OctoPerf.
• Experience with Tricentis qTest Admin Support.
• Proficiency in defining NFRs, SLAs, KPIs, and percentile-based metrics.
• Experience with Web and API performance testing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with APM tools: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or AWR.
• Tricentis Tosca and CI/CD integration experience.
• Cloud exposure: AWS, Azure.
