Description

Lead performance testing and project delivery for enterprise integration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and closure.
• Run cross-functional meetings and monitor the creation of all project deliverables.
• Negotiate with stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks or dependencies.
• Handle multiple workstreams autonomously as both an individual contributor and a lead.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in performance testing.
• 4-5 years of recent hands-on experience with NeoLoad.
• Strong experience with DynaTrace and AppDynamics.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with basic Unix and Linux environments.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Background in the healthcare domain.
