Description

You will own the end-to-end performance engineering and benchmarking processes for our systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute load and performance testing using HP Performance Center, LoadRunner, and JMeter.
• Monitor system health and identify bottlenecks using AppDynamics.
• Create benchmarks and model system behavior under load within client/server environments.
• Optimize performance bottlenecks to improve product stability and speed.
• Integrate testing workflows into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Performance Engineering and Benchmarking.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, or HP Performance Center.
• Proficiency in Java and SQL.
• Experience with AppDynamics for system monitoring.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools including Jenkins and Git.
• Understanding of networking and distributed computing environment concepts.
• Experience working within Scrum/Agile SDLC methodologies.

• Any Graduate degree.
