Description

You will ensure the scalability, stability, and responsiveness of ICS applications by designing and executing performance testing strategies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, and stress tests using JMeter and industry-standard approaches.
• Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks (CPU, memory, I/O, database, network) and recommend optimizations.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, authoring pipeline jobs and managing thresholds.
• Create and maintain performance test plans, scenarios, scripts, and data models, defining entry/exit criteria.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to embed performance considerations into application design and development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing or QA.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apache JMeter (test plan design, parameterization, correlation, distributed testing).
• Experience with LoadRunner.
• Proficiency in CI/CD Pipelines and YAML for integration.
• Experience testing large-scale web and client-server applications.
• Familiarity with .NET technology stack performance tuning.
• Experience utilizing monitoring and log analysis tools like Splunk or ELK.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes concepts.
• Familiarity with Azure environments for testing and scaling.
