Description

Lead performance testing for large-scale strategic conversions and financial services applications. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage performance test scripts for internal and external microservices.
• Integrate performance testing into DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze application performance, non-functional requirements (NFRs), and validation results.
• Perform code profiling, memory analysis, and garbage collection (GC) monitoring.
• Monitor SLIs and SLOs to ensure system stability and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in application performance and script development.
• Proficiency with JMeter, BlazeMeter, and Performance Center.
• Experience with APM tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Strong knowledge of Java, microservices, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, cloud-based solutions, and containerization.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD integration.
• Working knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies using JIRA and Confluence.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Python programming skills.
• Experience with RPA and AI.
