Description

You will design, configure, and develop ServiceNow applications to automate business processes. You own the full lifecycle of custom modules, from development to user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement custom application modules including Service Desk, Change Management, Incident Management, and Asset Management.
• Develop Service Catalog items using Catalog Scripts and Variables.
• Implement new functionality through UI Scripts, Business Rules, and actions.
• Build workflow customizations and conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
• Integrate tools using web services, SOAP, email, and MID server.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform configuration and development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and XML.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow modules: Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
• Strong understanding of web services and SOAP integration.
• Ability to troubleshoot server installations and connections.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
