Lead performance testing initiatives by designing test suites and execution strategies to ensure application scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design and document performance test scenarios including load, stress, and scalability testing.
• Create performance test strategies, project estimates, and test plans outlining scope and resources.
• Develop and maintain performance test automation scripts across varied platforms and technologies.
• Analyze test results and deliver detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product line stakeholders to develop frameworks for emerging demands and report project health metrics.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in performance testing.
• Hands-on expertise with LoadRunner and LoadRunner Cloud.
• Proficiency with JMeter.
• Experience designing and executing performance test suites.
• Proven ability to perform performance enhancement and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation testing using Selenium.
