You will lead performance engineering initiatives, defining strategy and architecting testing frameworks for complex enterprise programs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end performance testing and engineering strategy for complex enterprise programs.
• Architect and implement performance test frameworks using industry-standard tools.
• Lead execution of Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, and Scalability tests.
• Identify performance bottlenecks across Application, Infrastructure, Database, and Network layers.
• Design CI/CD-integrated performance testing pipelines and build monitoring dashboards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering.
• Strong expertise in JMeter.
• Hands-on experience with APM tools: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, DataDog.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell, and Java.
• Experience tuning Web/Application Servers: WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss.
• Experience with JVM Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server.
• Deep understanding of HTTP, REST, WebSockets, and Microservices.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with containerized load testing using Docker and Kubernetes.
