Description

Lead the performance testing team to deliver end-to-end testing services and optimize system stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor performance engineers, providing technical guidance and managing the testing lifecycle.
• Develop performance test plans, strategies, and execution schedules.
• Execute performance tests using LoadRunner and analyze results to identify system bottlenecks.
• Design and execute performance tests for data warehouses, including database volume testing.
• Communicate testing results, requirements, and optimization recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Expertise in LoadRunner scripting across multiple protocols including Citrix, RTE, SAP, Web (Http/HTML), and MQs.
• Hands-on experience using Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and optimization insights.
• Proven experience in data warehouse testing and database volume testing.
• Ability to lead teams and manage end-to-end performance testing lifecycles.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
