Responsibilities

• Lead performance testing initiatives, guiding teams in implementing effective strategies and methodologies.
• Develop comprehensive performance test plans aligned with system requirements and project timelines.
• Execute performance tests using LoadRunner, JMeter, or Gatling to simulate real-world scenarios and identify bottlenecks.
• Analyze test results and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Assess system scalability and provide recommendations to optimize application performance under various load conditions.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in performance testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Advanced proficiency with JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Strong programming skills in Java or Python.
• Proven track record leading performance testing efforts for large-scale projects.
• Deep understanding of load balancing algorithms and testing in load-balanced environments.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based performance testing and monitoring in AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of complex system architecture.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Software Test Professional or Certified Performance Testing Professional.
