Description

You will lead performance testing initiatives, owning the release pipeline from requirements gathering to bottleneck resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Proactively lead triages and drive solutions for complex performance issues.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and analyze end-to-end web performance metrics.
• Write and maintain scripts in VUGen using Web HTTP/HTML and Java protocols.
• Utilize Dynatrace, Splunk, and AWR reports to monitor application performance on Windows and Linux systems.
• Apply strong analytical abilities to interpret heap and thread dumps.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Expertise in LoadRunner (Performance Center) and Dynatrace.
• Proficiency in Splunk for log analysis and monitoring.
• Scripting skills in Python and Java.
• Solid understanding of software development, architecture, Java, and .NET.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively.
