Description

Lead end-to-end performance testing for enterprise applications, defining strategy, workload models, and test plans.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests for web applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks in applications, databases, and infrastructure, providing optimization recommendations.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and support performance engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior testers and coordinate activities across development, architecture, and DevOps teams.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and manage stakeholder communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of QA/Performance Testing experience in a lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience with performance tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, or Gatling.
• Proficiency in monitoring applications using Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, or New Relic.
• Deep knowledge of HTTP, REST APIs, SQL, Java/.NET architectures, and distributed systems.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
• Strong skills in performance analysis, capacity planning, and root cause identification.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Knowledge of container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and performance engineering.
