Description

Lead performance testing initiatives to identify bottlenecks and ensure application stability under load.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute performance, load, and stress testing to pinpoint system bottlenecks and stability issues.
• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases, scripts, and test plans.
• Identify, document, and report defects and risks clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development teams to reproduce, troubleshoot, and verify fixes for identified issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Hands-on expertise with JMeter and Postman.
• Proficiency in test case development and script creation.
• Experience using Jira or Bugzilla for defect tracking and reporting.
• Solid understanding of web applications, HTTP protocols, APIs, and system architecture.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting performance results and providing improvement insights.

• Any Graduate degree.
