Description

You will lead performance testing efforts for applications built on the Microsoft tech stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement performance test plans, strategies, and metrics based on business requirements.
• Perform load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing across various load scenarios.
• Develop and maintain automated performance tests using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations to development and architecture teams.
• Mentor junior performance engineers on testing best practices and techniques.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in performance testing.
• Expertise with C#, .NET, and SQL Server environments.
• Strong experience with Azure services, including Azure Monitor and Azure Load Testing.
• Proficiency with load testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience testing applications with microservices architecture.
• Ability to fine-tune performance across .NET and cloud-based databases.

Preferred Skills

• Visual Studio proficiency for performance analysis.
