Description

You will own the performance testing strategy, execution, and analysis for business-critical applications using NeoLoad.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive performance test strategies and plans based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create, maintain, and execute NeoLoad test scripts for load, stress, volume, endurance, scalability, and spike testing.
• Validate application performance against defined SLAs and conduct workload modeling and performance forecasting.
• Identify and analyze system bottlenecks across the application layer, APIs, middleware, databases, infrastructure, and network.
• Integrate NeoLoad tests into CI/CD pipelines and automate execution and reporting processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing, specifically with NeoLoad.
• Strong ability to perform root-cause analysis of performance issues using metrics like response time, throughput, TPS, and error rates.
• Proficiency in correlating NeoLoad test results with infrastructure monitoring data.
• Experience optimizing test workloads to simulate real-world production traffic.
• Knowledge of CI/CD integration for automated performance testing.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, middleware, and infrastructure components.
• Any Graduate degree.
