Description

You will lead performance testing, failover validation, and end-to-end system reliability for cloud-native infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive load testing and failure recovery scenarios across Kubernetes/AKS environments.
• Analyze system behavior under stress to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to identify bottlenecks and validate security compliance.
• Remediate vulnerabilities and ensure robust cloud platform networking and Linux containerization practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Strong proficiency in Cloud Platform architecture and Linux systems.
• Hands-on experience with Docker containerization and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Understanding of cloud networking, security compliance, and vulnerability remediation.
• Ability to conduct end-to-end testing including failover and disaster recovery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with security scanning tools integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in developing automated performance testing frameworks.
