Lead performance testing and engineering efforts to ensure system stability and scalability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define test approaches and manage the end-to-end test planning process.
• Execute performance testing using tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, or Gatling.
• Monitor system health using APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
• Analyze system architecture, databases, and web technologies to identify bottlenecks.
• Perform data interrogation using medium and high-level SQL queries on SQL Server and Oracle databases.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Java, Python, and Shell.
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, or Gatling.
• Experience with monitoring and APM tools like Splunk, New Relic, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Working knowledge of containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong ability to write SQL queries for SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Deep understanding of system architecture and web technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test automation frameworks.
